Good value and pleasant hotel, we appreciated it.
We were in a good location at a medium distance from Royal Palace. Stayed in brand-new and good-sized double room on the air con unit. There was a lovely restaurant and superfriendly staff.

The Rs II Guesthouse in Phnom Penh is a great option for backpackers. The room was spacious with a cupboard and a kettle for tea/coffee. The location is excellent, right by the palace and museum, and the view from the communal balcony is fantastic. The neighborhood offers convenience with stores, laundry, and massage services. Tuk-tuk drivers are readily available for transportation. it was a lovely experience.
Felt extremely relaxed during the stay, without any complaints whatsoever.

Hotel is in a great location, next door to the Royal Palace, and the Riverfront with lots of different bars, cafe's and restaurants to choose from. The bedrooms are very clean, Tv with lots to watch, fast wifi, good a/c and the brekfast choice is good.
There is currently temporary building work next door which wakes you up each morning, the staff don't seem to always have concept of time and we had reception calling us late at night and house keeping knocking to early.

Very close to the Palace and National Museum, only 2 minutes walking fromt the river side, the location is really good that you can find a lot of famous restaurant nearby. The waiter is kind too.
The room is too small, and sound insulation is not satisfactory, breakfast is to simple.

Good value hotel, had really really nice stay.
Everything was perfect, so were great views of the park. The location was good and excellent, not very far from Royal Palace. Set close to a river and a park, it was a plus.
